1. How to Order

Ordering SchoolTex items is easy!!

There are 6 easy ways to order from us:

• POSTIE Shop at your school or organisations' nearest Postie store.
  Find your nearest Postie+ store

2. Delivery Information.

Stock items will normally leave the warehouse within 24 hours of processing your order, we would therefore expect that goods will be received within 3 working days. Items with logos will take approximately 2-3 weeks. We will advise if any item is out of stock (back order) and let you know the expected delivery date.

3. Payment Options.

a) Credit Card - Please include name of card holder, address, card number, expiry date, type of card e.g. Visa. Your card will be charged on dispatch of goods. Delivery of goods is subject to approval of credit card and/or correct credit card details.

b) Cheques Please include your address and order number on the back of your cheque. (Order numbers will be advised on your email/fax confirmation.) Orders will only be dispatched on receipt of cheque.

c) Cash on Delivery This payment method is only available when an order is delivered to your local Postie+ store. You may then pay cash to the store on collection of goods. There is no freight included for goods purchased online and sent to your nearest Postie+ store.

d) Account Charge This is for Schools only and a password is required.

4. Freight Charges.

 If you choose to have goods delivered to your local Postie+ store there will be no freight incurred.

5. Back Order

Occasionally an item will be placed on "Backorder". This occurs when we are temporarily out of stock at the warehouse. You will be advised if this is the case on any of the items on your order, we will also advise when more stock is due to arrive. No additional freight will be charged on items sent at a later date.

6. Refunds/Exchanges

Items which need to be returned for exchange or refund should be sent to our FREEPOST address:

Items should be returned within 30 days of receipt and in their original condition. Please indicate on the returns invoice if the items are for refund or exchange. A returns invoice will be included with your goods on delivery.

8. Guarantee

We will replace or refund any purchases made within 30 days of receipt. If you are not completely satisfied with any product, please return it to us in its original condition and we will refund you using the same method used to make original purchase.
